Ms. Kelly has multiple years of building and managing sales and customer service teams across multiple industries. For the past 24 years, Ms. Kelly has served the senior market segment and their families in various industries. In the mid-1990s, Ms. Kelly worked with Secure Horizons USA and Tufts Health Plan to pioneer the design and implementation of the entire sales function for first and only franchisee of a Medicare Risk healthcare program in the country. Within two years, the plan membership grew to approximately 50K members, making it one of the fastest growing plans in the nation, generating $19 million in monthly revenue. In the late 1990’s, Ms. Kelly worked for Kaiser Permanente managing the largest Medicare sales team in the company. During her tenure at the company, Ms. Kelly reduced the overall budget by 27% and cut 42 FTEs while exceeding sales performance expectations by 119% generating approximately $300 million in revenue growth. Recruited into the homecare industry in early 2000, Ms. Kelly worked for a venture capital backed startup. While at AccentCare, Ms. Kelly negotiated 32 third party payer contracts; established a call center fielding nearly 4,000 calls per month; managed a field sales team supporting 15 branch offices; and developed a proprietary management system to automate all of the company’s manual processes reducing FTEs by 38% and average call time by 33%.

It was in 2007 that Ms. Kelly along with her husband, Dan Kelly, began Silver Lining Realty and designed a specific program to assist seniors in transitioning from home to an assisted living facility. This unique offering was designed to cover the financial gap for individuals with home equity, but with very little cash to cover the deposits and move-in costs for an assisted living facility. Approximately three years ago, Silver Lining Realty shifted its focus to build and manage a network of over 400 agents nationwide handling closing over 10,000 e HECM reverse mortgage REO and short sale properties. Ms. Kelly is a licensed real estate broker in California with 7 years of experience in real estate sales.
